The Digital Media Account Coordinator will assist digital account teams in campaign creation and execution across one or multiple nonprofit clients to acquire, cultivate and solicit online constituents. The ideal candidate must be a strong project manager with excellent organizational skills and able to work in fast-paced, creative environment with ever-shifting schedules and priorities.
Support account staff with the creation and submission of campaign request documents including creative, copy and web development requests.
Assist with the creation and routing of all campaign assets including search and display advertising creative, landing page creative, email template creative, ad copy, landing page copy, and email copy.
Assist with implementing digital advertising campaigns, including search advertising, online ad placements, ad creation and copy development.
Perform testing of all advertising, email and landing page assets for digital marketing campaigns.
Support web development staff with quality assurance testing of all new development products.
Perform regular audits of client social media and web presence.
Maintain and report on client and industry email trends.
Other miscellaneous items related to digital marketing campaigns for CDR clients as assigned.
Knowledge of and experience with online marketing for a nonprofit is ideal, including any or all of the following: ad campaigns, search engine marketing and other acquisition channels; email campaigns, advocacy, social networking, and mobile marketing.
Experience with e-CRM platforms Blackbaud, Salsa and Convio, Photoshop and knowledge of CMS and web editing software a plus.
Experience with Google Analytics and/or Google AdWords a plus.
Ability to handle multiple complex projects; a resourceful self-starter who can take initiative and follow through on projects.
Ability to adapt to frequent change and prioritize constantly shifting opportunities.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4 year degree or equivalent. Degree in marketing or communications especially useful, but not required.
1-2 years of Internet marketing experience, preferably in an environment extensively using Internet websites and technologies. Nonprofit and/or fundraising experience a plus.
