Avalon Consulting – a full-service fundraising consulting agency – is hiring a knowledgeable Senior Digital Fundraising Program Manager to manage our nonprofit clients’ online fundraising campaigns from start to finish. We’re looking for someone who can technically implement campaign strategy – and also work on creating that strategy – while managing the overall campaign, including creative development, production, and budgeting and analysis. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years’ experience managing online fundraising and advocacy programs. Demonstrated experience with online content production (specifically Blackbaud Luminate, Engaging Networks and Salsa platforms) and knowledge of HTML and CSS is required, as well as experience writing inviting web and email fundraising content. Mobile, social media, search marketing and online advertising preferred but not required.
