Lautman Maska Neill & Company – a Washington DC based direct response fundraising consulting agency – seeks an experienced project manager to provide strategic leadership and team direction for its Meals on Wheels Co-op. The successful candidate will have demonstrated project leadership experience, the ability to forge strong relationships with clients, a strong knowledge of direct response fundraising and production, and a passion for nonprofit missions. He/she will possess excellent written and personal communication, budgeting, supervisory and management skills, and will be able to adapt and thrive in a flexible, evolving environment. The successful candidate will monitor revenue and expense goals for each co-op participant, oversee client service, and will be part of the team managing fundraising strategies and marketing as well as managing day-to-day operations. The Director supervises two support roles, and serves as the project leader for all co-op fundraising campaigns, overseeing a team of 12. The Director will report to the supervising Partner to ensure that the internal agency goals for co-op income and expense are met. Salary is commensurate with experience.
