POSITION SUMMARY: 
Implements and manages daily operations of all JA programs, assures that all administrative procedures are implemented and that volunteer advisors/consultants are secured and trained. The position also increases public awareness for all programs, plans methods of recognition, assures program quality and expansion, maintains strong school relations, develops yearly planning calendar for all programs, and acts as a liaison to the Board.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Programming: Oversees all program implementation, recruitment, scheduling, training, evaluation, recognition, retention, data collection, annual program audit and program business partnerships. Ordering kits, delivering kits and kit management. Leads volunteer committee for the organization. Builds relationships with school and program implementation standards. Ability to manage volunteer database and relationships.

Community Relations: Attends and participates in community groups that lead to volunteer partnerships and good will for the organization. Includes any associations, groups, or memberships that focus on Financial Literacy, Work Readiness and Entrepreneurship. Coordinates group recruitment presentations at different companies.
