ACCOUNT DIRECTOR - Key Acquisition Partners, Annapolis, MD and Naples, FL

Key Acquisition Partners is a fast-growing company with offices in Annapolis, MD, and Naples, FL. We’re seeking an experienced list professional to manage a book of existing list brokerage clients who has a passion for the causes we champion. If you possess a strong grasp of list marketing including co-ops and modeling, able to prioritize and focus in a fast-paced environment with ever-shifting schedules/priorities, and have unusual and consistent attention to detail we’d like to talk. In this role, your primary responsibilities will be creating list plans, overseeing the order-production process, responding to client needs, and attending strategy meetings. Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree, 7+ years working in data/list marketing, and a desire to take on new challenges and responsibilities. Proven experience as a project manager coordinating clients and staff to meet deliverables and deadlines is required. Experience with non-profit organizations is not required but the knowledge and mental flexibility to scale commercial strategies to the budgets and business propositions of the non-profit world is essential. Additionally, this role demands high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, superb work-flow prioritization skills, a strong work ethic, keen attention to detail, and a desire to take ownership of your work and client relationships. Excellent communication skills are required.  Workplace location may be flexible based on applicant qualifications.
