HSP Direct is seeking an experienced and capable Director of Analytics to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental to ongoing collaboration efforts with HSP Direct management in making data-driven decisions vital to the company's and our clients' success. The Director of Analytics will collaborate with department managers to make data-driven decisions utilizing HSP's data warehouse. Provide overall direction for the development of advanced analytical solutions and customized strategies on behalf of new and existing clients. Analyze data and identify key areas for growth and efficiency. Partner with account executives and account managers to develop and modify direct mail program strategy. Identify emerging industry trends that require strategic response. Conduct thorough review of current HSP practices and make recommendations on opportunities for improvement. Education: Bachelor or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline, advanced degree (Master's/PhD) in Statistics, Data Science or other quantitative discipline desired. Experience: Minimum of 7 years of professional hands-on experience with statistical modeling, data mining, and using multiple data formats. Ability to think strategically and work autonomously. Exceptional problem-solving capability. Ability to think creatively and use data to tell a story. Direct marketing and fundraising experience/knowledge is a plus.
