This position is part of the team responsible for activities related to managing a local association of about 1,000 members and event planning for CI’s other clients. The ideal candidate is flexible, able to handle several projects and has strong customer-service skills as working with volunteers is a must. Activities will be related to events ranging in size from as small as 30 people (regular board meetings or monthly lunches) to 2,200+ attendee conference. Primarily, the individual would be focused on topics related to direct marketing. Primary requirements include: 4+ years’ experience in educational program development; 4+ years’ experience planning and budgeting; experience in managing a call for papers process and strong proof-reading skills.
