Key Acquisition Partners (KAP) is a fast-growing company headquartered in Annapolis, MD. We focus on helping non-profits fundraise through direct response channels and we’re seeking a talented and motivated Account Director-List Broker to join our team. At KAP, the Account Director–List Broker is a senior-level position that is expected to serve as the primary daily contact and satisfy multiple accounts simultaneously. Specific responsibilities will include creating comprehensive list plans, preparing merge instructions and package splits, preparing client budgets, managing campaigns to ensure that mail volumes are meeting budget, organizing and leading client meetings in person or by phone, and preparing PowerPoint presentations. Other qualifications include an ability to analyze list universes, experience in co-operative databases and modeling, and attending industry functions to represent KAP. Qualified candidates must be highly skilled in MS Office including PowerPoint and advanced Excel (pivot tables and v-loop-up, etc.), have superb work-flow prioritization skills, a strong work ethic, keen attention to detail, a proactive and collaborative communication style, and an ability to accomplish tasks with speed and accuracy. Candidates must be constantly curious and hold themselves to high standards of accountability for their work product. 5+ years of experience in direct marketing, specifically with the list brokerage area, and experience within non-profits and/or agencies is a plus but not required.
