AOPA is looking for a Marketing Manager with a strong digital background to coordinate and execute acquisition projects with a cross-functional team to drive new membership growth. The role requires creativity, collaboration and digital focus that injects innovation and ideas into every part of AOPA’s work. The ideal candidate is self-driven, collaborative, and capable of optimizing programs in alignment with marketing goals. In addition, candidate will help develop and curate content according to our membership strategy to engage with pilots and attract new members. Key Responsibilities: Manage the execution of digital marketing campaigns designed to generate new leads and members for AOPA. Execute campaigns across multiple marketing channels including search, video, display, retargeting, email and social. Help develop targeted messaging and lead gen campaigns for our variety of audience segments. Monitor and report on campaign performance and ROI. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience. Four to five years of digital marketing experience including project managing emails, SEO, SEM, PPC, retargeting and social media marketing. Expertise in marketing software including Google Analytics, SEO software, CRM software (Salesforce, Personify) and marketing automation software (Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot, etc.).
