We’re seeking a Digital Account Manager to manage our digital media campaigns. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and enjoys managing multiple schedules/campaigns simultaneously. Applicants should have digital marketing experience and be comfortable and effective at communicating with clients, vendors, and internal staff to implement and manage retargeting and display advertising, Facebook advertising, search campaigns, and continuity/loyalty efforts. Candidates must be, or be willing to become, technically proficient in order to implement campaigns across various distribution platforms and reporting systems. An overview of responsibilities includes implementing Facebook and search campaigns, developing and managing campaign production schedules, preparing weekly client performance reports, and managing project lifecycles to ensure timely completion of deliverables. The Digital Account Manager will have regular interaction with clients and will participate in client/agency strategy sessions. This position reports to the Director of Digital Services and supports all digital media buying/planning activities. Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years working in digital marketing, preferably with programmatic display, PPC, and/or social media advertising. Applicants possessing a working knowledge of Google Analytics, Adwords tools, or Facebook Business Manager will be viewed favorably. We are seeking a dependable project manager with proven ability to meet deadlines. Experience with non-profit organizations is not required. Additionally, candidates must be highly skilled in Excel and PowerPoint, possess superb work-flow prioritization skills, a strong work ethic, keen attention to detail, and a desire to take ownership of their work.
