Share your SU experience with prospective students and develop your professional skills! Admissions Recruiters represent the University to students, parents, and guidance counselors at high school visits, college fairs, and special recruitment events. The Office of Admissions seeks candidates with good communication and presentation skills, a strong work ethic, the ability to work independently, and the energy and positivity to build relationships that lead to student enrollment. The Admissions Recruiter position is a five-month contract position for the fall semester. Admissions Recruiters work 29 hours per week. Compensation is $18/hour. Admissions Recruiters represent the University in a specific geographic territory and are partnered with an experienced admissions counselor to plan travel and design and carryout specific projects. We are especially interested in students originally from New Jersey, New York, or Connecticut. This position is a great opportunity for candidates to gain experience for careers in human resources, higher education, recruitment, or sales. Desired start for these positions is August 1st. Travel is required, as is a valid driver's license.
