TRADE PROMOTIONS ANALYST
We are seeking a Trade Promotions Foodservice Analyst to join our Perdue team at Corporate Headquarters in Salisbury, MD.
This position will:
Review and input trade/brokerage contracts into our trade system.
Reconcile customer volume to support trade payment calculations.
Assure Monthly/Quarterly/On-demand payments are mailed within set guidelines.
Assure all payments/deductions have proper approval prior to processing.
Provide management support through customer statements and other special projects.
The foodservice business consist primarily of large broadline distributors such as Sysco, DOT Foods, and U.S. Foodservice, as well as buying groups such as Unipro.
Enters trade promotions into SAP trade system: To accrue funds for Foodservice customers for promoting Perdue products or to provide customer rebates.
Processes claims against active trade promotions: Results in either resolving a customer payment deduction or processing a check to the customer.
Processes broker commissions for customers: Audits system-generated payment detail and approves for payment.
This position requires sound business and consumer products experience. The individual must be well organized and able to analyze, coordinate and communicate with multiple groups and departments.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Finance or Accounting plus 0-3 years of experience in an office environment.
