Customer Service Manager - ProList, Frederick, MD

ProList, a leading provider of direct mail and direct marketing services, is looking for a Customer Service Manager to join its Frederick, Maryland production team. This is a fabulous opportunity for an individual with a background in customer service and management to perform a valuable role overseeing a team of project managers and the day-to-day servicing of the organization's customer accounts. The ideal candidate for this position is a self-starter who demonstrates excellent motivational, supervisory and interpersonal skills. A background in print, direct mail, direct marketing, fundraising or a related field is preferred. Applicants must be excellent at multi-tasking, project management, team management and relationship building. Candidates must also have exceptional written and oral communications, an aptitude for problem solving and be able to work well independently. Basic computer and Microsoft office skills are required. Five (5) or more years of previous customer service and management experience is required. Qualified applicants must have at least a high school diploma. A college degree and previous relevant business experience is preferred.
